Nicolas Apartment Suites
Nicolas Apartment Suites is located across the street from Nicolas Inn, in the heart of Ancient Rome, and is an ideal base to explore the Eternal City.
The two apartment suites offer well-equipped self-catering accommodation for all those travelers who want to be independent and experience living like a local in their Roman home away from home. For this reason they represent a great alternative to a hotel or B&B stay in Rome.
Each apartment can comfortably accommodate two people and is composed of a double bedroom with king size bed, a living room with separate kitchenette and a bathroom with shower.
In the separate kitchenette, guests will find everything necessary for cooking, including gas or electric stove, a selection of pots and pans, some cooking basics and a traditional Italian espresso maker. Guests will also find a medium size fridge with freezer compartment, where they can store fresh ingredients bought in the small food stores in the neighborhood.
The living room contains a table for two and a lounge corner with sofa and armchair, where guests can relax reading or watching TV after a long day exploring Rome.
Free Wi-Fi internet access is also available to our guests.
The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers with plenty of storage room for our guests’ luggage. Extra pillows and blankets are available. Linens are provided and changed weekly.
The bathroom is new and has a shower cabinet, wc and sink. One of the bathrooms also has a bidet. Towels are provided and are changed every two or three days. Guests will also find a hair dryer.
The apartments have independent heating and air-conditioning, which can be directly controlled by the guests. They also have a safe, iron and ironing board and an alarm clock.
Nicolas Apartment Suites is ideal for exploring Rome at a slow pace. It is located in the Monti neighborhood, a trendy area popular with artisans. The side streets are filled with boutiques and food shops. There are several small food shops, a fruit/vegetable store and supermarket and an inexpensive laundromat within a 5-minute walk. Two ATMs are within a block.
There are numerous bars, sandwich shops, wine bars, pubs and restaurants in the neighborhood. It is a safe neighborhood to walk in, even at night.
The apartments are also only a five minute walk from Metro Cavour or Metro Colosseo, which ensures a very easy access to all areas of the city.
Nicolas Apartment Suites offers guests the independence of an apartment stay with the concierge service of a small hotel.
Guests are welcome to come to reception at Nicolas Inn (across the street) daily from 8am-2pm with questions. We can help guests plan their day, suggest sights and make dinner and museum reservations. A map of the city center of Rome is provided at check-in.
Guests can borrow guidebooks as well as other books.
